Description
I was headed north to Limberlost to visit some Tom Thomson enthusiasts and to get some autumn plein air painting in. I had time to explore and I allowed the GPS to take me on the smaller back roads. This image is from Kushog Lake Road looking through a screen of trees at the lake beyond. The time was 16:40 pm on September 29th, 2016.
I noticed on the analysis of the image that the computer detected 529841 number of unique colours. That's more than a half million different colours. I wonder how many I got into the final canvas? In any case, it was fun and I think the soul of the scene made it into the canvas.

And a Happy and Healthy Summer to you Sunny - and your family. I approached this piece kind of like a piece of stained glass. Had fun! Thank you!
