The sky really sets off the church. Wonder what the story is here - I suppose I could look it up. The black and white also sets this image off perfectly. Sin and redemption? Black & White? Very compelling image with the viewer having to at least think about what this image represents.

Thank you Marie - I was just wanting a dramatic looking image and let the viewer make their own, probably very subjective, interpretation (as you have done!). The colour version just didn't look at all impressive. I've tried to discover a bit of the history of this church from the internet, but so far without success, if you do find something I'd be very happy to know. The church is a little out of Duntroon (eastwards from memory) in the Otago region of New Zealand.
