About Werner Padarin

I photograph landscapes and people and mostly anything, even a bird if it happen to cross my path ... just as long as it is in front of the lens and I like how it looks - I hope these images appeal to you too. My images are from my home country, Australia, and from New Zealand which is just across the ditch, and also from Asia. On my website http://photography.padarin.net/ are links to other sites with my images, one being fotoWerner.redbubble.com .

My Angle On It Photography
Nice shot. I wonder though about what is not seen. I'm not crazy about seeing the tops of arches as the base of the photo. I'm wanting to see the ground. Such an interesting piece of architecture. I'd be curious to see more. Your lens corrections etc are very good.
Werner Padarin replied:
Hi Pam and Dale, thank you for those comments - photography wasn't the only priority that day (as it often isn't) - so I was constrained to hand held shots using one lens - to get the flavour of the whole of this street (or even set of buildings) would probably have needed a video shoot rather than a still camera. However, I was taken not so much taken by any architectural features as by the simple picture of green moss and foliage sustained by the presumably leaking blue water pipes, both of which contrasted so spectacularly with the colour of the wall.
Uma Krishnamoorthy
Beautiful colors.......brick red and moss green!
Werner Padarin replied:
Thank you Uma, very pleased you like the shot - you'll notice the vegetation mostly follows the water pipes - presume they leak a bit!
Brigitta Diaz
Very nice capture! L/F
Werner Padarin replied:
Thank you Brigitta, very glad you like it!
Sarah Loft
Wonderful shot!
Werner Padarin replied:
Thankyou Sarah, wonder how long some of these buildings can stay looking interesting though before they REALLY need TLC ...
