Description
Panna Meena stepwell in Amer, India. There does not appear to be any confirmed history of this well, but legend has it that it was constructed in the 16th century thanks to the intervention ofPanna Meena, a eunuch in the Amber Fort court of Maharajah Jai Singh. Recent liberal application of orange yellow paint rather detracts from its appearance.

This reminds me of that artist (painter or sketch artist) that detailed stairs and walkways, etc. This is wonderful Werner. I'm almost dizzy.

Thank you Marie - it becomes a bit of mind twister when one stares at it for a while ....
