Bridalveil And The Three Brothers
This image of Bridalveil Falls and the Three Brothers was captured looking across Yosemite Valley from a turnoff on Big Oak Flat Road.
Yosemite Valley is covered in tall Douglas Fir pine trees that stretch as far as they can until blocked by the towering cliffs.
Across the valley is Bridalveil Falls dropping roughly 600 feet to the valley below. The falls flow from Yosemite's high country via Bridalveil Creek. Bridalveil Creek fills with snow melt and in the winter as the sun warms the high country the waterfall increases in intensity.
The sky is filled with mostly cloudy skies with some patches of blue showing.
